Voopoo
This collection lists 81 Voopoo products, split between hardware and the consumables that keep it running. On the hardware side sit the DRAG mods and pod mods, the Argus pod kits, the Vinci line and the slim Doric pens. On the consumables side sit replacement pods for each family plus the PnP and ITO coil ranges. Most replacement coil packs sit between £7.99 and £13.99.
Voopoo built its reputation on two things. The first is the GENE chipset that runs the DRAG series, which gave those devices their fast firing and their long list of output modes. The second is the PnP coil platform, a press fit system shared across a large part of the catalogue rather than reinvented for every new device. If you own more than one Voopoo device there is a good chance one coil pack covers both.
The Voopoo coil platforms
PnP
PnP coils push into place rather than screwing in. The range covers everything from mouth to lung resistances above 1.0 ohm through to mesh coils at 0.15 ohm for high wattage direct to lung use. Because the platform is shared, PnP coils fit a long list of devices including Vinci, Drag S and Drag X pod mods and the PnP pod tank. Always check the resistance on the coil, since one family covers a very wide power range.
PnP X and PnP TW
PnP X is the larger format built for the higher capacity pods on later Argus and Drag pod mods. PnP TW is a more recent variant. Neither is interchangeable with standard PnP, so read the full family name on the pack before reordering. Empty PnP X pod cartridges are stocked separately if the coil is fine but the pod has clouded.
ITO
ITO is the slimmer platform used across the compact Argus pod devices and the Doric pens. It runs at lower wattage than PnP by design, so ITO pods and coils sit in mouth to lung and restricted direct to lung territory rather than at the sub ohm end.
Resistance and wattage in practice
Read the number stamped on the coil first. Above 1.0 ohm is mouth to lung, sits happily at 10W to 18W and wants a 50/50 e-liquid such as a 10ml nic salt. Between 0.4 and 0.8 ohm gives a restricted direct to lung draw at 20W to 35W. Below 0.4 ohm is sub ohm mesh, usually 40W to 80W with the airflow open and a high VG shortfill.
The wattage printed on the coil is a range rather than a target. Start at the bottom for the first tank, then work up until the flavour is where you want it. Running at the top from new shortens coil life for little gain.
Pods or coils: which to reorder
Voopoo devices split into two groups. Some take a replaceable coil inside a reusable pod, so you reorder cheap coils and keep the pod until it discolours or leaks. Others use an integrated pod with the coil bonded in, so the whole pod is replaced. Argus, Vinci, Vmate and ITO pods are all stocked. If you are unsure which group your device is in, look at the pod. A separate coil that pulls out of the base means the first.

Priming and coil life
Prime every new coil. Drip e-liquid into the wicking ports until the cotton darkens, seat the coil, fill the pod, then leave it upright for five minutes. On a variable wattage device, run the first pod at the low end of the printed range.
Expect one to two weeks per coil. Dark, sweet and dessert liquids cut that short because the sucralose in them bakes onto the mesh. A dull taste, thinner vapour or a harsher draw all point to a coil that has finished.

Every device here is rechargeable with a replaceable coil or pod, as UK regulations have required since single use vapes were prohibited from sale on 1 June 2025. What wattage should I run a Voopoo coil at?
Use the range printed on the coil and start at the bottom of it. A 1.2 ohm coil typically wants 10W to 15W. A 0.6 ohm coil sits around 20W to 30W. A 0.15 ohm mesh coil runs at 40W and above. Working up gradually gives better flavour and a longer coil life than starting at the top of the range.

Argus is the rugged line. The bodies use reinforced construction with sealed charging ports, which is aimed at people who carry a device on a site or drop it regularly. The range spans small ITO pod kits through to 21700 pod mods, so ruggedness does not tie you to one size.
How long does a Voopoo coil last?
One to two weeks is normal. Sweet bakery, custard and candy e-liquids shorten it considerably because the sucralose in them caramelises onto the mesh, while fruit and menthol blends are gentler. Priming properly and leaving the coil to stand for five minutes before the first draw is the most effective way to extend it.
Are Voopoo devices suitable for someone switching from cigarettes?
The mouth to lung options are the ones to look at. A Doric pen or a small Argus or Vinci pod kit with an ITO or a high resistance PnP coil gives a tight draw at low wattage, which is the closest sensation to a cigarette.
