Vaporesso Vape Kits

Showing: 2 Results

Vaporesso is one of the hardware names UK vapers reach for when they want a device that holds a setting and keeps holding it. The brand is best known for its AXON chipset, for the GTX and GTi mesh coil families that run across its pods and tanks as well as for ranges such as XROS, LUXE, GEN and Target. This collection currently holds two kits, the Vaporesso Target 100 Sub-Ohm Kit at £34.99 and the Vaporesso Target 200 Sub-Ohm Kit at £36.99.

Both are direct to lung sub ohm kits built around removable batteries and a mesh coil tank, aimed at experienced vapers rather than beginners. If you are switching from cigarettes and want a tight cigarette style draw, an MTL pod kit is the better first purchase. Every device sold here is rechargeable, refillable and available to over 18s only.

The Target sub ohm kits

The Target 100 is the single cell option. It takes one removable 18650 battery, stays narrow in the hand and covers the wattage range most mesh coils want. The Target 200 is the dual cell version. Two removable cells double the runtime between charges and give the board enough headroom for lower resistance builds and higher wattage coils. Both are supplied as complete kits, so you only need to add e-liquid.

AXON chipset and why it matters

Vaporesso puts its AXON board in its higher output devices. In practice a good chipset means near instant firing, output that stays flat as the cells drain and safety cut offs covering short circuits, over discharge and an atomiser that is not making contact. You also get a readable screen showing resistance and wattage, which makes diagnosing a tired coil easier.

Coils and tanks

Vaporesso runs two main mesh coil platforms. GTX coils cover the pod kits and the GTX tank line, spanning tight MTL resistances above 1.0 ohm through to sub ohm mesh. GTi coils sit in the iTank family and are built for higher wattage direct to lung vaping. Mesh heats evenly across a wider surface than old round wire, so flavour arrives faster and coils last longer. A sub ohm coil in daily use is a one to two week consumable.

Matching e-liquid to a Vaporesso kit

Sub ohm coils below 1.0 ohm want a high VG shortfill, usually 70/30, at 0mg to 6mg nicotine. That thicker liquid keeps up with mesh wicking and will not weep through the coil when the tank stands. Tanks sold in the UK with nicotine e-liquid are capped at 2ml, nicotine e-liquid is capped at 20mg per ml and nicotine bottles are limited to 10ml, which is why shortfills exist. You buy a larger nicotine free bottle then add a nicotine shot yourself.

Batteries and daily running

Neither Target kit includes cells, so budget for a pair of quality 18650 batteries and an external charger. Cells should be bought in matched pairs for a dual battery mod and always carried in a plastic case rather than loose. Prime every new coil before the first draw.

Buying Vaporesso in the UK

Vaping products are sold to adults aged 18 and over only. Nicotine containing products must be notified to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency before sale and must meet the limits in the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations. Single use vapes have not been legal to sell in the UK since 1 June 2025, so the kits here are rechargeable and refillable devices. UK delivery is free over £20 and the team is on 07827 210361 between 8.30am and 4.00pm.

Vaporesso kit questions answered

Which Vaporesso kits are in this collection?

The collection currently holds two sub ohm kits, the Vaporesso Target 100 Sub-Ohm Kit at £34.99 and the Vaporesso Target 200 Sub-Ohm Kit at £36.99. The Target 100 runs a single removable battery while the Target 200 takes two, which gives it more runtime and more headroom at higher wattage.

Are Vaporesso kits good for beginners?

Vaporesso makes beginner friendly pod kits, though the two kits stocked here are sub ohm direct to lung setups aimed at experienced vapers. If you have just stopped smoking, a mouth to lung pod kit with a coil above 1.0 ohm will feel closer to a cigarette.

What coils do Vaporesso kits use?

Vaporesso runs two main mesh families. GTX coils cover the pod kits and GTX tanks across both MTL and sub ohm resistances. GTi coils are used in the iTank range for higher wattage direct to lung vaping. Always check which family your tank takes before ordering replacements, because the two are not interchangeable.

What is the AXON chipset?

AXON is the board Vaporesso fits to its higher output devices. It handles near instant firing, steady output as the batteries drain and the safety cut offs that protect against a short circuit or an over discharged cell. It also drives the screen that shows coil resistance and wattage, which makes spotting a worn coil straightforward.

What e-liquid suits a Vaporesso sub ohm kit?

A high VG shortfill, typically 70/30, at 0mg to 6mg nicotine. Sub ohm coils vaporise liquid quickly and need something thick enough to keep the cotton fed. A thin 50/50 nic salt is the wrong choice here. It will taste harsh at sub ohm wattage and is far more likely to leak through the coil.

Do these kits come with batteries?

No. Both Target kits take removable 18650 cells that are bought separately. The dual battery Target 200 should be run on a matched pair. An external charger is worth having. Cells should always be transported in a plastic case rather than loose in a pocket alongside keys or coins.
