What vaping is

Vaping is the act of inhaling aerosol from an electronic device that heats e-liquid. Unlike smoking, vaping does NOT involve combustion. How vaping works

Step five: aerosol/vapour produced; user inhales through mouthpiece. Step six: vapour delivers nicotine and flavour to lungs and bloodstream. No combustion means: no tar; no carbon monoxide; far fewer chemicals than cigarette smoke. Vape aerosol primarily VG, PG, water vapour, nicotine, flavour molecules. Some thermal breakdown products possible (acrolein, formaldehyde) but at much lower levels than cigarette smoke.
